(a) All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. Price changes may occur due to adverse currency fluctuations, fuel costs, taxes, or accommodation increases. (b) Accommodation Adjustments: Our tour prices include standard quality accommodation as specified in the itinerary. If you choose to book alternative accommodation through our provided affiliate links, any price difference, upgrade costs, or additional fees are your sole responsibility. The original tour price will be adjusted only by the baseline accommodation cost factored into our standard package.
Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing. On cancellation, the following charges will apply:
>20 days before departure: Deposit only (20% of total)
19-4 days before departure: 50% of trip cost
3-0 days before departure: 100% of trip cost
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation, or arrangement at any time due to factors outside our control. In the event of a material modification, we will offer:
Services of an equivalent or similar standard;
Services of a lower standard with a refund of the difference;
A full refund of all money paid.
Certain services (flights, specific transport, certain hotels/meals) are arranged by us in our capacity as agent only.
