“Journey to Svaneti” includes an excursion not only to the village of Chazhashi, which is located in Svaneti, 44 kilometers away from Mestia (the tours presented here include a tour of Mestia, Ushguli and other monuments).

The village of Chazhashi is literally open-air museum located by the river, special in terms of both landscape and ancient Svan Fortress-Towers. It is the UNESCO Heritage Site along with the village of Ushguli.

General description

During the excursion, a group of travelers will travel around the city in all types of transport. What will depend on the specific situation at a particular time. Out-of-town tours will be carried out by special transport.
